I’m a dad in my 40s.

If you’re a dad between 30–39… read this like your kids are watching (because they are).
ㅤ
Your 30s disappear in school runs, deadlines, and “I’ll start Monday.”
These are 6 things I wish I took seriously sooner... so you don’t have to learn them the hard way:
ㅤ
1) Stop waiting for “more time.”
There is no season where life magically gets quieter. You build momentum in the chaos.
20 minutes done consistently beats 2 hours done “when things calm down.”
ㅤ
2) Own your mornings (or at least your first 30 minutes).
If you start your day reacting, you’ll spend the whole day behind.
Wake up. Water. Move. Plan. Protein.
Protect that window like it’s your future.
ㅤ
3) Learn to say no without explaining yourself.
Every “sure” you give away is time you steal from your health, your marriage, and your kids.
No to the extra drink. No to the pointless meeting. No to the stuff that drains you.
Boundaries aren’t selfish, they’re leadership.
ㅤ
4) Don’t trade your family for a bigg...
