After two years of hard work, sacrifice, and leadership development at MMI, the gold bars are finally on. But commissioning isn’t the finish line—it’s the starting line. From this day forward, Soldiers will look to them for leadership, decisions, and direction. The rank is given, but the trust and respect that come with it must be earned every day.
