24 hr WATER FAST started tonight. I'm feeling like I will go more like 36 hours which is Saturday morning. We are doing this in my online community "the real ones" but feel free to jump on in right here. Do it before and after picture to see how the needle moves with this powerful yet simple healing technique. i've been practicing all forms of fasting for the past 35 years, juicing and herbal flushes being the dominant part of my practice however the older I get the more I move towards water and dry fasting.
