A few developments this week caught my attention:

AI assistants are no longer an emerging behavior. They’re becoming part of everyday digital life.
🔹 Anthropic is moving toward invisible watermarking for Claude-generated content.
The interesting part isn’t only AI detection — it’s the growing importance of provenance, transparency and governance as AI-generated content becomes ubiquitous.
🔹 Brad Lightcap, OpenAI’s former COO and longtime executive, is leaving after eight years to “start something new.”
Another reminder that the people who helped build the first wave of generative AI companies are beginning to shape the next one.
