😳 Forza Horizon 6 has lost roughly 90% of its Steam player peak just three months after launch. The Japan-set Horizon exploded to an all-time high of 302,645 concurrent Steam players on May 24, making it by far the biggest Steam launch in Forza history. By the August 10 snapshot shown here, its 24-hour peak had fallen to just 27,441 players, with 17,142 playing at the moment the chart was captured. The scale of the decline is wild considering FH6’s 302K Steam record was nearly four times higher than Forza Horizon 5’s 81,096 all-time Steam peak. FH6 launched with Japan, more than 550 real-world cars and the biggest open-world driving adventure in Horizon history, so expectations for long-term engagement were understandably massive.
