The Nike Air Griffey Max 1 “Cincinnati Reds” is dropping on October 9th 🔴 Originally released in 2011, this fan-favorite colorway is returning as a tribute to Ken Griffey Jr.’s time with the Cincinnati Reds. The silhouette was introduced in 1996 as Griffey’s first-ever Nike signature shoe, helping establish his iconic Swingman line. This version features a bold Varsity Red, White and Black color scheme, with red covering the toe and wavy side panels, White breaking up the upper and Black accents on the Swoosh, tongue and ankle strap. Griffey’s iconic #24 is displayed on the strap, while visible Air cushioning in the heel and forefoot completes the classic design.
