One-sided lower back or glute pain that's worse sitting than walking usually isn't your hamstring or your spine. ㅤ It's often the SI joint, the sacroiliac, the joint where your spine meets your hip bones. It doesn't move much on its own, so it leans on the glute on that side to keep your pelvis steady. When that glute goes quiet, the joint can end up taking the strain instead, and that's often why it flares on stairs, in a chair, or rolling over in bed. ㅤ Two things to work on: 1. Glute release, ball or roller under the sore side, 30-60 seconds 2. Single leg glute bridge, 3x10, squeeze hard for 2 seconds at the top 3. Dead bug, low back flat, 3x8 each side ㅤ The hip you ignore becomes the back pain you can't explain. Follow me, then comment "HIPS" and I'll send you the 10-Second Hip Test + the 90-second routine to undo it 👇 ㅤ #Elastaboy #Reboryn #SIJointPain #GlutePain #LowerBackPain
