Training Camp Arm Pain?
I first developed the comprehensive QBMotion system as a scientific method to help my son avoid arm pain.

I know from extensive experience that there are thousands of QBs who currently struggle with throwing related arm pain. During intense periods of throwing, like training camp, this is greatly amplified.
I also know from experience that most of these QBs could reduce or eliminate their pain by simply allowing their arm to follow through after releasing the ball, rather than ’hanging’ it.
