From the Raider Wrestling Room to MMA, Class of 2019 RICS wrestler Ronald Humphrey is Vegas-bound! Known professionally as “The Career Ender,” Humphrey is a professional welterweight mixed martial arts fighter set to compete August 25 in Las Vegas on Dana White’s Contender Series. The weekly MMA talent-search series gives up-and-coming fighters an opportunity to compete on a national stage. For Humphrey, the road began on the wrestling mat at Riverwood. A state wrestling medalist, Humphrey established himself as one of our most accomplished wrestlers, ranking among the program’s top 10 all-time leaders in career pins and top six in career win percentage.
