Almas Hermanas — an original mixed-media work inspired by and created in support of sheldricktrust. Proceeds from the sale of this piece will support the rehabilitation of orphaned elephants and their return to the wild. Elephants form powerful family bonds and rely on one another to navigate an increasingly challenging world. When calves are separated from their mothers, their chances of survival are heartbreakingly low. But thanks to the fearless caretakers and guardians of the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, little ones like the two I photographed above have a chance to grow strong, find their place within a herd, and return to the savanna.
