Hayden Panettiere, star of "Heroes" and "Nashville," has died at 36 Greenville, SC police responded Sunday afternoon to a report of an unresponsive woman and pronounced Panettiere dead at the scene. Officials say the preliminary investigation has not found any signs of foul play or suspicious circumstances, and while an official cause of death has not yet been released, dispatch audio referred to cardiac arrest and a suspected overdose.
