Investigators say broken engine parts caused the terrifying incident that left a Ryanair passenger partially pulled through a shattered cabin window. A fan blade broke apart shortly after take-off from Thessaloniki, sending debris into the plane and damaging the window and surrounding fuselage. The passenger, 61-year-old Ljubisa Karovic, suffered neck and shoulder injuries and friction burns before fellow travelers pulled him back inside.
