For THE MART SHOWHOUSE, we set out to prove that even the smallest spaces can make a bold statement.  With limited room for furnishings and décor, we turned our focus to what could make the greatest impact: the architecture itself.  We transformed the original “L”shaped footprint into a striking circular expression we call “The Oculus.” From there, symmetrical geometry, refined finishes, rich jewel tones, and a thoughtful interplay of materials come together to create an immersive, sensory experience.  Every curve, line, and detail was designed to bring depth, drama, and visual intrigue to the space while offering our interpretation of modern Art Deco design in keeping with the Showhouse Penthouse theme. Thank you to the Mart and our amazingly brilliant vendor partners for helping to bring this vision to life.
