The PDX Adult Soapbox Derby is one of the best events of the Summer in Portland. Creative vessels in the shape of corn dogs, Animal from the muppets, the Zamboni from Slap Shot, and more raced down Mt Tabor as huge crowds watched and cheered. There were also food and drink vendors, including migrationbrewing and likelyivy (vegan mini cupcakes!). Plus cascadia_putting_club also had a mini golf set up on Mt Tabor.
