Sula Bermudez-Silverman (cyber.sula)’s work draws on the histories of found objects, taking something that may seem familiar and reframing it. For #WhitneyBiennial 2026, Bermudez-Silverman made sculptures by blowing glass into antique iron objects designed to control animal bodies, including sheep shears, animal traps, and bull nose pullers.
