One step closer to home. 💙👏 Our Westchester Medical Center (WMC) family came together this week for a special clap out honoring Kelly Scimia, a longtime echocardiography technologist and beloved member of our Cardiology team. After spending 37 days at WMC recovering from a serious motorcycle accident, Kelly was transferred to Burke Rehabilitation Center on August 12, marking an important milestone on her road to recovery. We're inspired by Kelly's strength and grateful for the caregivers, colleagues, family members and first responders who supported her every step of the way.
