Earlier this week, Utah’s Own members were invited to come and meet the Regulatory Team of Utah’s Department of Agriculture and USU extension. Our local food businesses had the chance to ask questions about what regulations apply to them and how to ensure they’re in compliance. It was a great time of networking and learning more.
