This summer, we are proud to welcome Joffrey Ballet School alumna Ruoyi He yiyi_ballet back to our studios as a faculty member for our NYC Pre-Professional Ballet Summer Intensive!⁠ ⁠ Ruoyi’s journey with Joffrey Ballet School began as a student in our Pre-Professional Trainee Program, training under Artistic Director Era Jouravlev erajouravlev_05 and Associate Artistic Director Stacy Caddell stacycaddell while performing works by George Balanchine, Earl Mosely, and Robert Joffrey. Since then, her career has taken her from the stage with Nashville Ballet to earning her B.F.A. in Dance from Montclair State University, where she now serves as an adjunct professor. She is also a National Training Curriculum Fellow for American Ballet Theatre and recently debuted her solo work, Ode of Yimeng, at Lincoln Center.⁠ ⁠ Having Ruoyi return as an educator brings her journey full circle, giving dancers the opportunity to learn from an alumna whose own training helped shape her path.
