Chance to Shine have officially signed the Play Their Way pledge 👏 As a founding member of the Children's Coaching Collaborative, @Chance_to_Shine have always supported child-first coaching, but with this pledge they have promised to strengthen their commitment. The partnership will see Chance to Shine make a commitment to teach child-first principles as part their schools and street coach development training for all their coaches. It will also see the development of a special Play Their Way ‘Champion’ across all of the charity’s delivery partners in England, Wales and Scotland to ensure that child-first coaching is recognised and adopted more broadly with their coaches.
