A self-taught man in India just built a working flying car using YouTube.
Ravi Tamta, from a small village in Uttarakhand, recently tested his single-seater electric flying vehicle, HAPIDA SKYNeX.
There's a practical reason behind it.
Mountain roads turn short Himalayan distances into long journeys — 30-40 km can take 90 minutes winding through mountains.
His vision: cover that same distance by air in roughly 10 minutes.
Not his first project either — reports say he's self-taught, experimenting with technology for years.
HAPIDA SKYNeX is still a prototype needing further testing and approvals.
But that's what makes it remarkable, this kind of innovation usually comes from Silicon Valley or billion-dollar aerospace companies, not a small Himalayan village and YouTube.
