It’s a challenge to find part-time team members who are fully dedicated and passionate about our mission, and even harder to keep them once they’ve set new goals after learning from amazing leaders. Jack McFadden spent four years as a valued Part-Time team member at the venue, working behind the scenes. His work was noticed by everyone who visited, whether you were watching from the bleachers or at home on LIVE streaming. We celebrated his dedication to our venue and his final days with our team last week. Jack has accepted a full-time position with a sister venue within the Sports Facilities Companies at the Rocky Top Sports World in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. We’re sad to see him go, but we’re also incredibly excited for Jack (a lifelong Virginia Beach resident and Old Dominion University graduate) as he embarks on his next adventure.
