CoreWeave stock is soaring Wednesday after the AI infrastructure company delivered a strong second-quarter earnings report and raised its full-year sales outlook. Shares are trading around 107 dollars, up roughly 19 percent, after CoreWeave reported an adjusted loss of 1.03 dollars per share, well ahead of the 1.22 dollar loss that Wall Street had been expecting. Revenue for the quarter came in at 2.58 billion dollars, topping the 2.56 billion dollar consensus estimate. CEO Michael Intrator said the company "reached an important inflection point this quarter as our scale began to translate into expanding operating leverage," pointing to accelerating enterprise adoption and deeper investment in the company's technology platform. Alongside the earnings beat, CoreWeave raised its 2026 sales guidance to a range of 12.4 billion dollars to 13.2 billion dollars, up from a previous range of 12.0 billion to 13.0 billion.
