The next edition of the summer coaches’ series features Josh Bourdon, fresh off leading the New Hampshire Avalanche to their first ever title at the EHLP level. Back to defend in 2026-27, Bourdon knows the target on his team’s back will be even bigger this year, as the rest of the league looks to dethrone the top dogs. Looking back on the championship run, Bourdon reflects on being pushed to the edge both in the Regional Finals against the Seahawks Hockey Club, and then at the Frozen Finals against the New Jersey 87’s. Bourdon will forever be proud of the way his team battled and fought all the way until the final horn in Providence. Now, the next challenge is to do it all over again.
