AI today is different than the AI of 4 years ago. We trust the people who were affected adversely by AI. I was positively affected by AI. But every negative episode has 7x the impact on our human memory than positive ones. Technology improves. The shade of complaints changes with that technological evolution. The unsaid, serious and real worries are of losing business to a technology whose data is deemed stolen. The ease of producing design choices with or without quality puts the curation burden on creatives like us. So, now, design, curation and customer education becomes an added job that we aren’t paid for. This is called margin squeeze. For every $ earned the effort is growing but each day has only 24 hours. So there’s an operating limit to how much effort can scale even if we had abilities to operate 24/7.
