As part of our celebrations for Invesco's Rising Career Network (RCN) Month, we're spotlighting RCN members. First up, meet Varu Balla! Varu is an Advanced Business Analyst on the Fixed Income Technology team in our Atlanta office. She credits RCN for helping her develop her professional skills as well giving her a sense of community at the firm. The Rising Career Network aims to develop Invesco's early-career employees by providing a network of social and professional support. The network creates opportunities for early-career professionals to lead, build relationships, expand their skills, and advance their careers while fostering communication and collaboration across teams. #LifeatInvesco #InvescoUS #EarlyCareer
