I never know who sees this profile anymore, let alone who remembers my birthday. It's always humbling to experience and receive so much love. Like a bouquet of flowers, seeing how relationships can sprout, bloom, wilt, and revive over time is wild after 30. Everyone's busy, so being celebrated by friends and loved ones -- even for a second -- is a huge reminder to also pay that love forward. It's nice to be on this side of the dirt.
