The Neyland Entertainment District will be built adjacent to the University of Tennessee’s Neyland Stadium 🚧 Arctos, RVX Ventures and Magellan Development have secured an undisclosed amount of construction financing for the development, which will feature roughly 100,000 square feet of entertainment space alongside a 24-story hotel and residences and a private members’ club.
