Known as 301 Villages, the North Florida site is approved for up to 2,740 single-family homes and is among the largest ready-to-develop residential properties in the region. As with our other master-planned residential developments, BTI designs entire communities from the ground up. We start with a blank canvas of land, strategically planning the layout of residential neighborhoods, retail centers, and roadways to curate a unique neighborhood feel.
