I was just talking to a friend about how people don’t like to hear this song (Lift Me Up by Rihanna - badgalriri) play on the radio (as often as it is)… but after yesterday’s events at #MSU, hearing this song on the radio, brought me some happiness. I stay so close to where everything went down that I can throw a rock at it. Hearing the sirens and helicopters so night was so nerve wrecking. My condolences to the families that are mourning their loss, this should have never happened. To all the students, my fellow Spartans, take care of yourselves. This event took a toll on the entire community and self care is crucial. I’m glad that although my job is open, they encouraged us to take time or work from home if needed today.
