Our Black culture is filled with a lot of superstitions that are deeply rooted in our culture. Have you ever heard that an itchy palm means you're going to get money soon? How about stepping on a crack and breaking your mother's back? Or dreaming of fish means someone close to you is pregnant? Me too! Although personally, all of the common superstitions don’t hold water, there are a few that I just can’t handle subconsciously. My biggest one is splitting poles 😖 (I JUST CAN’T!)
