What I cooked this week …

I love to cook, if you didn’t already know. I am also
#pescatarian as of the last 2 years. Finding ways to adapt my favorite meals has been a fun experience. I currently live in a
#studioapt with a kitchenette (it’s super inconvenient 🤬). It is a huge pain to cook in for me, I have NO SPACE! It literally makes me not want to cook much at all…BUT I gotta eat and I can’t always find good things to order (plus I’m trying to budget and minimize excessive spending).
