Her recipes are 10/10, and I’d say that recipe really was the blueprint for this cookie. I took that cookie recipe and adapted it into my own. I’ve made thousands of these cookies (not an exaggeration), constantly tweaking, modifying, and turning them into what I believe is the most perfect chocolate chip cookie… but maybe I’m biased.
