10,000 people crossing the same finish line! We were there for the final few, celebrating and dancing our butts off! I knew SeaWheeze was gonna be epic, but THIS part… this part got me emotional. Seeing people crossing the line in tears, doing it by themselves, doing it with their daughters, mothers, partners, siblings, friends… having everyone there celebrating their accomplishment and recognizing them… it was just super cool to witness and be a part of. Thank you to everyone who ran with me in the 2:00 group, especially my fellow pace buddy, no-IG-Nikki, who kept us on exactly the right pace so that I could focus on viiiiibes (and petting dogs on the course).
