Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sliders
Ingredients
* 1 (24-count) package savory butter Hawaiian rolls
* 1 package bacon
* 12 large eggs
* 6 tablespoons butter, divided
* ⅓ cup mayonnaise
* 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided
* ½ teaspoon garlic salt
* ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange the bacon on a baking sheet and place it into a cold oven. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Whisk the eggs with ½ teaspoon salt, then cook until soft and fluffy. Remove from heat.
