Seiuli Dwayne ‘therock’ Johnson has officially been inducted as a Disney Legend during the 2026 D23 ceremony in Anaheim, California. 🏆👏🏽 The Rock is being honored in the Film & Voice category for his contributions to Disney, including his iconic portrayal of the demigod Maui in Moana, Moana 2 and the live-action Moana, as well as his role in Jungle Cruise. The Disney Legends Award is presented to individuals who have made a significant impact on the Disney legacy and is considered The Walt Disney Company’s highest honor. During his acceptance speech, Johnson reflected on the importance of creating joy for audiences and treating others with kindness.
