Massage can make a beautiful difference in the appearance of the jawline. With age and habitual facial patterns, the depressor muscles of the lower face can become tense and shortened, contributing to a downward pull on the surrounding soft tissues. Thoughtful manual work helps release muscular tension, improve tissue mobility and local circulation, and allows the lower face to appear more relaxed, lifted, and defined. But this work needs to happen in the correct sequence. Before focused jawline lifting and shaping, we first prepare the chest and neck and perform lymphatic drainage to support fluid movement away from the face. Once the tissues have been properly prepared and the muscular work has been completed, targeted jawline techniques can create a much more visible and refined result. ✅ To learn the Helena Pahava Method and understand how to safely and effectively sculpt the face through anatomy-based manual techniques, please visit the link in our bio #HelenaPahavaMethod #...
