Feeling especially blessed to be back at yoga on the rocks after two back surgeries. About 6 months after the most recent one, feels amazing to be able to move through vinyasas, slowly, with the sun coming up at 7am in one of the most glorious locations on earth. #grateful #yogaontherocks
