Hours after its launch Thursday, Supermodel Café by Bethenny Frankel was issued a stop-work order by the Town of Southampton. The stop-work order posted on the window at 481 Montauk Hwy. in East Quogue had three boxes checked off, stating that the operator has failed to comply with the provisions of New York State Building Code, failed to comply with the provisions of Southampton Town Zoning Ordinance chapter 330, and that a dangerous and unsafe condition exists.
