A suspect has been arrested in the investigation into the January burglary at late NASCAR driver Greg Biffle’s Mooresville home. Investigators say 44-year-old Terrell Williams was placed near the property through digital evidence, and items recovered during the investigation were confirmed stolen from Biffle’s home.
