CASTLE ON ONE TONIGHT 🔥 Stephon Castle came out in the first half of Game 3 looking like a completely different player than the one who struggled through the first two games in San Antonio. The second year guard was aggressive from the jump, attacking the basket and converting at a 7 of 9 clip from the field on his way to 18 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assists and a steal before the break. It was the kind of performance the Spurs desperately needed from someone not named Wembanyama or Dylan Harper. What makes the first half even more impressive is the context. Castle had already surpassed his point total from either of the first two games combined before halftime at Madison Square Garden. The Spurs came into Game 3 knowing their role players had to show up or this series was essentially over, and Castle answered the call in a big way. If he can sustain this level of play in the second half, San Antonio might finally have the supporting cast performance they have been waiting for all series...
