Queens native Vincent Danz lived in Farmingdale, Long Island, with his wife, Angela, and their three daughters. At home, Danz spent time with the girls, riding bikes and watching cartoons. At work, the former U.S. Marine was a 14-year NYPD officer and rescue expert assigned to Emergency Service Squad 3. On 9/11, Officer Danz responded to the North Tower.
