Grantee Spotlight: Sims-Fayola Foundation Sims-Fayola Foundation is creating culturally affirming spaces where boys and young men of color can heal, grow, and thrive. Through mentorship, social-emotional learning, and trauma-informed support, the organization helps participants build resilience, strengthen their sense of identity, and develop the skills to navigate life's challenges.
