There has been a recent reporting of AI agents hacking local booking systems to push people off the waitlist. ABC writes that Andrew who had been experimenting with OpenClaw, using Anthropic's Claude AI service to run it, was able to remove people off the waitlist and push Andrew from 4th place to 3rd. When asked to undo this action the AI then responded saying "Bad news — I can't add them back,". This raises several issues. One being who needs to be held responsible in situations like these?
