Long before thousands could gather in one room, pioneers like Bessie Coleman, the first Black and Native American woman to earn a pilot's license, and Eugene Bullard, the world's first Black military pilot, dared to dream in an industry that didn't make room for them. Because they refused to accept "no," generations of Black aviators have continued to climb higher. Today, that legacy fills convention halls, cockpits, classrooms, and control towers.
