Human beings don't see reality as it is. We see reality through the lens of our biases. And when we're emotionally attached to a particular belief, we'll interpret everything through that attachment. You can present someone with clear, undeniable evidence, and they can still reject it. Why? Because people are often driven by emotion before logic. The emotion comes first. The reasoning comes second. Our biases are often rooted in what we feel connected to, what we identify with, and what we desperately want to be true. And the stronger the emotional attachment, the harder it becomes to question the belief. Breaking that attachment requires something most people aren't willing to do: The willingness to admit, "I might be wrong." #Psychology #HumanBehavior #CognitiveBias #EmotionalIntelligence #SelfAwareness Mindset PersonalGrowth CriticalThinking SelfDevelopment Consciousness
