14 individuals, thirteen of whom are current and former Penn State University students, have been charged in connection to a cocaine-trafficking operation on Monday. The cocaine was cut and packaged at the Delta Upsilon and Sigma Chi fraternity houses and primarily distributed to Penn State students, according to a release from Attorney General Dave Sunday.
