Nearly 100,000 Ukrainians living in the U.S. rely on Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to work legally, support their families, and live safely away from ongoing war in their home country.
Those protections are set to expire, and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) must decide by Aug. 20 whether to extend, redesignate, or end TPS for Ukraine.

“TPS has been a literal lifeline… Extending TPS is absolutely critical because forcing them to return now would mean sending them back into severe danger, dismantling the secure foundation they have fought so hard to establish,” explained Oksana, a former Ukrainian refugee, now U.S. citizen and sponsor.
Your voice can protect our Ukrainian neighbors: Tell Congress to urge DHS to extend and redesignate TPS for Ukraine before the deadline.
