Fifth-year Dylan Driver opened the scoring in the 14th minute, breaking away to beat the Jacksonville State goalkeeper in a one-on-one situation with her left foot, a goal that marked the ninth of Driver's career and gave Auburn an early 1- 0 lead. Auburn kept pouring on the pressure from there. Bell picked up her first goal as a Tiger in the 37th minute, following up on a blocked shot, then struck again just minutes later in the 43rd minute for her second goal of the game.
