If your toddler loves anything chocolate, you have to try these sweet potato brownies!!! They’re fudgy, chocolatey, and made with a few simple ingredients + sweet potato for a little extra fiber, vitamin A, potassium & more 🙌🏼
Just mix: 1 c mashed sweet potato, 1 egg (or flax egg), 2 tbsp maple syrup (1/4 c for more sweet or sub mashed banana / blended dates), 1/2 c almond butter or peanut butter, 1/3 c cocoa or cacao powder, vanilla, 1/4 tsp baking soda, pinch of salt, 1/3-1/2 c chocolate chips
>> bake at 350F for 25-30 min
You can totes make these no added sugar by using banana or date to sweeten. Perf for an easy snack, lunchbox treat, or dessert for the whole fam 🤎
