Navigating life, the hardship, struggle, pressures, expectation and anxiety isn’t easy and often overwhelming. It’s important to realize, we are ALL going through something and the best way through is together. When I’m in a negative place, finding connection helps me feel supported. May is mental health month, a time for us to have open and honest conversations around this topic so that we can better understand, empathize, share valuable tools and resources to help each other stay on a positive, loving path.
